Black Friday marks the beginning of the Christmas holiday season. Retailers kick it off with holiday opening specials offering massive discounts and savings for customers. Consumers are inundated days and weeks before the event in all media outlets with an orchestrated message of lack, limitation and you better not miss out!

Black Friday represents the dark side of consumerism. A populace driven not to be the one to miss out on a bargain gather in the thousands to be the first in line. All is well until the clock gets close to the midnight opening bell when a mass of humanity anticipating the opening begins to push forward even though there is no where to go. Every individual has the same objective and that is to get there first no matter what or who gets in their way.

In order to grow beyond the present you have to stop living in the past! What do I mean by that? Most of us are caught in the illusion of freedom and living in a reality of fear. And it is you that you fear the most. Visions and insights are so often ignored and rejected by your fear based ego you no longer trust your inner voice.

How small your world has become. Fear and a life full of disappointing experiences see to that. Ego is in control and will do what ever it can to keep it that way.

Imagine for a moment if you will... you live in a quantum world where time lines co-exist and intermingle so that you could at this very moment become the person you once where.

If you where to go back to a turning point in your life and knowing what you know now. What choices would you now make? What actions would you take? With your new found future knowledge is your attitude the same, or different? What interests you now? Will the outcome be the same or will it be different?

There is a definite correlation between success and the choice(s) one makes to get there. For the majority of us setting goals is something we just don't do with any real success.

The greater issue is most of us really do know what needs to be done and the excitment for the future is soon snuffed out by the fear encountered when stepping outside our current life experience. Eventually, we give in to the old and comfortable choices that lead us back to the land of limitation, want and desire.

Apple... with singular intent his seeds of creation created the worlds largest corporation. Personally I am in awe at what this one individual accomplished in such a short life time. I applaud you Steven Jobs for helping make my life more enjoyable, productive, knowledgable, and organized fully to engage in a harrying and exhausting lifestyle. I don't know whether to thank you or curse you and above it all your leadership and vision will be surely missed.

We all miss her dearly, and Dads email reminded us all what the important things in life are. I hope you enjoy this message of life as much as I did.
