We are waking up to the truth that we have been manipulated for a very long time. So long in fact that our ideals that embrace duality are a manifestation of our families past. Ideals that were taught to us from birth that has created a world of duality, dispairity and hate. A world of freedom, promised and never delivered.
In over your head is the feeling that most people have had all year round. Stuck. Stuck in the quicksand’s of despair. In jobs we hate and relationships that have become unexciting. Our lives have become predictable and uninteresting. Whatever happened to the dreams and aspirations we once had?

Dogma enslaves us inside our little bubble of consciousness of personal truths that we call self. Truths that express itself through the mindless mantra of negative self talk leading us into fear, indecision and chaos. You are trapped in a world of duality drawing a line in the sand defining your deepest beliefs, whether right or wrong, have or have not, left or right, Republican or Democrat, Muslim or Christian, male or female.
Team building is about managing success by developing working relationships and it starts with truly understanding what it is your are, and are not good at. The better your understanding of self the stronger and more effective you team will become.
So if you are looking for extraordinary success, assemble your team with people who have the skills and capabilities you lack. You will soon have your sponsors attention but you have become the leader you didn’t have, and the leader everyone now wants. That’s the power of team building.
