Ego, Power and Politics
In order to grow beyond the present you have to stop living in the past! What do I mean by that? Most of us are caught in the illusion of freedom and living in a reality of fear. And it is you that you fear the most. Visions and insights are so often ignored and rejected by your fear based ego you no longer trust your inner voice.
How small your world has become. Fear and a life full of disappointing experiences see to that. Ego is in control and will do what ever it can to keep it that way.
Today is a day to remember those who have faced very difficult choices in extremely chaotic times. Veteran’s of war. Veteran’s who wonder why they need to remember something they have tried so hard to forget. Those who survived did so because they made decisions based on intuition and a strong sense of self and survival. In order to survive life becomes instinctive and you are able to shut out the chatter in your mind.
In order to change your life’s circumstances you must be able to live instinctively, listen to your intuition and pay attention to your visions. In order to find a new future you have to learn from the past and then let it go. And this is how it is done. It is a small but very important mental adjustment.
Learn to trust yourself and forget everything you know. Follow your intuition because when you are on the right path the future loses any significance because you arrive instantly.
Don we would not be who we are without our fallen and living soldiers. We would not even *be*! My Grandfather and his father were both vets in WWI and WWII.
