Abundance, Personal Wealth and Success

Break Through! Online Business Success.

Remember the 8086 processor? The 286? How about the first Windows computer, the 386sx?  It really wasn’t all that long ago, 1989 I think.

Remember the first car phones by Motorola? Clunky huge things weren’t they? Not exactly portable, but they were really cool. They were introduced int he late eighties too I think.

My point? A few decades later, 2009, and electronic innovations are obsolete by the time they get the gadgets to market. One advance after another creating easier to use, faster and cheaper global communications.

What does all this mean to you, the online marketer?

A great deal as it turns out. At one time a few short years ago, before blogging became mainstream, you had to know a great deal about web design and html programming, just to get a website up and running online. The learning curve was extremely steep and took a great deal of time and effort for the do it yourselfers. On the other hand many were able to save time by hiring someone to do it for them, a specialist.

Marketers who had the specialized knowledge in web design had a competitive advantage and could always stay a step ahead of those who had none. In other words they made all the money.

Today this is all changed. Just like the electronic gadgets that make our lives a little more convenient, getting online today with a state of the art membership site, or e-commerce system is as easy as filling out a form online. Enter your pricing details and voila!

I won’t tell you what we had to spend in order to get our first membership based site the Contact List Builder online. Database programming in asp required a high skill level one we didn’t have.

That’s all changed. The system we are using today is Global Virtual Opportunities. We no longer have to spend buckets of money for data base programming and web design. One small monthly fee gives me one button installation of membership sites, blogs, cms, help-desk, web statistics, hundreds of design templates, video and audio flash conference room, sales copy and professionally designed sales splash pages and more. One host and literally hundreds of web tools at the push of a button.

Wow how times have changed. I wonder whats on the horizon for next year!

Yes Don. I (like you) the 286 when it was ‘state-of-the-art’. Heck I even remember the IBM at (omg) it did not even have a hard drive.

But you are so right about all this. It seems like technology seems to move faster even than the speed of light. And … the global community attached to it seems to be getting more consolidated every day. So here’s an idea I have that relates to this trend. I predict we’ll see the development and growth of instant ‘live’ translation software products on the horizon.

I think there is a growing market for something like this. There are tons of people who don’t speak English out there who will someday become part of the online trend in ecommerce. So there you go.
